  Dan’s place was perfect for our anniversary weekend stay, it was very easy to locate and on a dead end road which made it feel much quieter and not much... read more traffic. We were within walking distance to a few restaurants which was a hit for us! Beautiful ocean view off the balcony and balcony access from the bedroom as well! If you love a more secluded stay this is the one for you! Minutes away from HWY 17 which has everything you need!Beautiful interior of the condo, updated flooring and bathrooms really stood out compared to others. Private beach access, pool, and grills were great to have.
I suggest having breakfast at Theo’s Pancake House, walk down to River City Cafe for a burger, come right out to Ocean Annie’s for some music and drinks with an ocean view, then hit Chuck’s Steakhouse for dinner… come back and relax on the ocean view balcony!🌊☀️🏖️

Any questions that we had were answered immediately. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking.

Didn’t know there were 3 flights of stairs. Beds were not made and they could use an upgrade the toddler room is just for... read more that toddlers not for adults. Blankets could use a refresh. We didn’t know what was clean I had to put the air fresheners in a zip lock bag they were ungodly strong and smelled awful.
Only received 1 towel and 1 face cloth per bed. No where to wash them out. No necessities provided like toilet paper or paper towels.
Dan was gracious when he found out. But our trip was ending so not much to do on that end.

It was so easy to walk a few step out to the beach each morning to watch the sun rise... read more and spend the day on a beautiful section of Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean, and very cozy! Dan was very polite and responsive! We would love to go back to this slice of heaven!
