This is in the picnic area between the condos. This is a great place to eat or swim in our outdoor swimming pool.
Picnic beside the Atlantic Ocean. Go for a swim in the outdoor swimming pool.

  • All three condos are next door to each other.
  • HOA only allows pets for owners.
  • No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
Pricing
    • Up to May 14th Minimum stay 3 Nights, $149 per night.
    • May 15th to May 31st Minimum stay 3 nights, $179. Per night.
    • June 1st to August 10th Minimum stay 7 nights, $249. Per night. 
  • August 11th to September 2nd Minimum stay 3 Nights $199 per night.
  • September 3rd to December 31st, Minimum stay 3 nights $162 per night.
